Le site www.ifrance.com/champignonmagique dont il est fait mention dans un commentaire précédent propose des grains de kéfir contre un paiement de 15 euros.
Cela me paraît très cher pour envoyer quelques cuillers à café de grains séchés par la poste : l’envoi coûte 0,50 euros (moins de 20g) et la production des grains ne coûte rien, ils se multiplient en faisant la boisson. Je trouve vraiment dommage de créer un système marchand pour diffuser le kéfir alors qu’il se prête si bien au don et à l’échange.
Pour permettre à tout le monde de profiter de ce "don de la nature", il est important que les autoproducteur-rice-s de cette boisson fassent précieusement sécher les grains qu’ils-elles ont en surplus pour les distribuer à celles et ceux qui en recherchent.
Je propose le système suivant pour permettre la diffusion (n’hésitez pas à proposer d’autres systèmes) :
1- les personnes qui en recherchent (les gourmAND-E-S) en font la demande en postant ici un commentaire.
2- les personnes qui peuvent en donner (les gourmET-TE-S) et qui visitent cette page, prennent contact avec les gourmAND-E-s.
3- les gourmAND-E-S, une fois qu’ils-elles ont reçu la précieuse souche, le signalent à NIMA’SADI ( nimasadi@no-log.org ) afin de supprimer leur demande dans cette liste de commentaire.
4- les gourmAND-E-S devenu-e-s gourmET-TE-S sont alors vivement encouragé-e-s à diffuser les précieux grains autour d’eux et, par exemple, à contacter les gourmAND-E-S qui se sont signalé-e-s dans cette page...
Pour que ce système fonctionne et soit efficace, il est IMPERATIF que les personnes qui ont obtenu du kéfir le signalent à NIMA’SADI.
Je propose ce système à l’essai. Ca peut vite devenir lourd à gérer pour NIMA’SADI. Si quelqu’un-e possède quelques compétences en informatique, ça ne doit pas être trop compliqué de gérer ça automatiquement par mail (avec php par exemple), n’hésitez pas à nous envoyer un script...

Bonjour j’ai fait du kefir il y a 30 ans a partir d’ingredient et sans grain de kefir. La methode etait super simple mais bien sur je ne me la rappelle pas completement. Je peux simplement vous dire qu’il fallait faire comme dans toutes recettes que j’ai lu (avec des grains de kefir) 2 figues, 6 ou 8 sucres, 1/2 citrons. Laisser les figues remonter a la surface (et les manger elles sont encore bonnes) en remettre ... Et ce pendant 3 semaines. Laisser dans un endroit tempere recouvert d’une gaze ou d’un torchon propre et laissant bien passer l’air.
Je tente l’experience. Recontactez moi dans 3 semaines je vous dirai si ca a marche. Je pense a nos cheres etudiantes qui en ont un besoin urgent.

Bonjour,
il y a déjà plusieurs années je faisais du kefir de fruits et j’ai malheureusement perdu ces grains si riches et d’une multiplication telle que je ne savais plus quoi en faire à l’époque.J’ai distribué cette boisson et ces grains à qui voulait et aujoud’hui, je n’en n’ai plus.
Perdus ces petits grains après déshydratation, je les avais mis dans une enveloppe qui au cours du déménagement a été introuvable.J’aimerais beaucoup recommencer l’aventure et faire découvrir cette superbe boisson à mes trois enfants.Mais très honnêtement payer 15 euros, je trouve cela très coûteux quand l’expèrience a déjà été faite et que ces grains se reproduisent en multitude mais si je n’ai pas le choix ...Merci de me contacter et si je peux réensemencer mon nouvel entourage pour la connaissance de cette boisson, je n’hésiterai pas !

Le mieux serait de les contacter (cliquer sur le nom de l’auteur-ice du message pour connaître son e-mail, (ça marche quand je le fais, avec outlook express)).

Mon kefir est translucide mais pas blanc car nourri au sucre intégral il en a pris la couleur brune !!

Bonjour !
Je suis sur Chambéry et je cherche du kéfir de lait. Bon j’ai vu qu’on peut en acheter mais je préférerais trouver quelqu’un près de chez moi qui a ces petites graines miracles, c’est plus sympa que la poste ;) et puis rien que les frais de port, heu j’ai un peu honte mais j’ai pas un rond... par contre je suis prête à acquérir ce kéfir contre un gateau au chocolat !

Bonjour
Je ne sais pas si quelqu’un va me répondre mais, et la question a deja ete posée par quelqu’un d’autre mais sans réponse, j’ai commencé à produire du kefir la semaine dernière à partir du ferment de la marque Yalacta et j’ai cru lire quelque part que ca ne produira pas de grains de kefir. Est-ce vrai ? et si oui est-ce que je peux tout de même faire de la boisson ? ou est-ce que c’est une question de temps ?
desolée je dois vraiment rien comprendre à la notice mais ca me paraissait simple car j’avais deja fait du kefir il y a longtemps mais à partir de grains que l’on m’avait donnés.

Bonjour,
Ceux et celles que ça intéressent, je distribue des grains de kéfir de fruit ou de lait issus de ma production familiale.Les fruits utilisés sont d’origine bio.
Petit grain translucide comparé à du tapioca pour le kéfir de fruit.
Petit chou fleur miniature pour le kéfir de lait.
Ces ferments possèdent de nombreux bienfaits pour la santé (probiotique)
Le kéfir de fruit est légèrement pétillant, très agréable à boire en ce moment ; celui de lait est velouté et doucement acidulé, s’utilise comme du yogourt.
Les grains sont très actifs, ni congelés ni déshydratés.
Les frais d’emballage et de port sont de 1,85 en sus.

Je fais du kéfir de fruit depuis le mois de janvier, en ce moment la boisson produite est un peu gélatineuse, je la bois telle qu’elle mais c’est moins agréable, elle est bien pétillante,
de quoi est ce que cela provient : trop chaud, trop de graines...

J’ai commencé à faire du kéfir de fruits il y a un mois avec 2 cuillères à café de grains, j’en ai aujourd’hui 10 cuillères à soupe (sont-ce les figues bio qui les font se démultiplier ainsi ???!) : autant vous dire que je suis toute disposée à en offrir à qui veut, surtout s’il est possible de vous retrouver sur Paris : je vous les livrerai alors dans un petit bocal avec de l’eau sucrée.

J’ai commencé à faire du kéfir de fruits il y a un mois avec 2 cuillères à café de grains, j’en ai aujourd’hui 10 cuillères à soupe (sont-ce les figues bio qui les font se démultiplier ainsi ???!) : autant vous dire que je suis toute disposée à en offrir à qui veut, surtout s’il est possible de vous retrouver sur Paris : je vous les livrerai alors dans un petit bocal avec de l’eau sucrée.

Un petit rappel pour celles et ceux qui ne connaissent pas ces ferments kéfirés.
L’originalité de ces breuvages est l’utilisation d’un ferment particulier : le grain de kéfir .
Si l’origine du kéfir de lait est bien connue (pays de l’ex Union Soviétique), celle de fruit reste un mystère pour les nombreux scientifiques qui l’étudient. Cependant, cette boisson était déjà très populaire dans les années 1890 en Angleterre sous un nom différent. Aujourd’hui, Selon où l’on se trouve, il revêt différents noms : SKG (sugar kéfir grains), Tibi ou Tibicos (en Amérique latine), Plitz ou wasserkéfir (en Allemagne), california bees (aux USA) , kéfir di frutta (en Italie), etc.….
Les grains de kéfir de lait sont des petites masses blanches élastiques dont la taille varie entre un et quelques millimètres. Dans certaines parties du monde, les grains ont la grosseur d’une noix !
Originellement, le kéfir était préparé à partir du lait de vache, de chèvre ou de brebis. Il est aujourd’hui généralement préparé à partir de lait de vache.
Préparé avec du lait entier, le kéfir est beaucoup moins acide et a la texture d’une crème onctueuse. Il est délicieux nature, servi frais, avec des fruits, en crème glacée…ou salé avec des crudités…et selon le temps de tamisage, on obtient un petit fromage frais . Il sert de base aussi à la fameuse soupe froide : « l’okrochka » ou à la préparation du pain
Les grains de kéfir de fruit sont translucides et ont la consistance du tapioca.
J’utilise des citrons et figues d’origine bio pour le kéfir de fruit et du lait entier pour celui de lait.
Les grains sont frais, ni congelés, ni déshydratés et sont conditionnés dans un emballage soigné et soudé. Dés réception, il suffit de lancer la préparation et les boissons peuvent être bues le lendemain.
Chaque sachet contient soit la valeur de 3 cuillères à soupe de ferment de fruit soit 1 cuillère à soupe de ferment de lait .
Chaque ferment est vendu au prix de 3,20 euros.
L’envoi se fera au tarif de la lettre prioritaire.
Pour un sachet, le port sera de 1,85 euros et pour deux sachets, le port sera de 2,15 euros en sus.
Je ne suis donc pas responsable des lenteurs éventuelles de la poste.
Si vous souhaitez un suivi et une garantie, je peux vous proposer le nouvel emballage cartonné de la poste, la lettre Max pour un montant de 3,50 euros en plus.
Les grains seront expédiés, de préférence, du lundi au mercredi, sauf avis contraire de votre part.

Seine-Saint-Denis ;Livry-Gargan ; le 3 novembre 2009 ; Bonjour à vous ; Je donne :Kéfir d’eau (souches sèchées,congelées ou fraîches-élevé sur agrumes,pommes,fruits secs,sucre intégral et miel) ;Kéfir de lait (souches fraîches-élevé sur lait cru entier de vache Jersiaise ou de chèvre)...et kombucha (souches fraîches-élevé sur thé noir et thé vert en alternance additionnés de sucre intégral et de miel).
si nous sommes proches voisins : remise en mains-propres .
Sinon : envoi postal.

Pas loin de deux ans depuis que j’ai posté mon précédent message sur le Kéfir.
Je confirme que l’on peut faire du kéfir à partir des ingrédients et sans grain.
C tres long. Les grains au depart sont une solution chargee en particule tres fine (de tres tres petit grains en quelque sorte). Il faut les filtrer et recommencer jusqu’a ce que des grains plus gros apparaissent.
Je bois la solution obtenue. Je ne sais pas si elle est aussi bonne que le Kefir avec des grains "normaux" mais au gout si.
Si je peux risquer un parallele, c’est comme faire des boutures de Buis, d’Ananas ..., c’est tres long et ca ne marche pas toujours. La tentation est grande d’acheter une plante en pot.
Par ailleurs, par oublie, j’ai laisse un Kefir durant 6 mois dans une piece plutot sombre a temperature assez constante mais fraiche. Le Kefir a developpe une mere comme le Kombucha et les grains de kefir sont reste stables. Je ne sais quelle conclusion en tirer mais j’ai conserve cette mere et la reutilise pour tenter de refaire du Kefir.

Bonjour,
Ce que vous préparez pendant 3 semaines au gout similaire du kéfir de fruit : c’est tout simplement de la limonade maison
. Le seul inconvénient est le temps de fermentation (3 semaines !) alors que le kéfir de fruit peut être prêt en 24 H.
Après de nombreuses expériences, je suis du même avis que vous......

Je travaille pour mon projet de diplôme sur les aliments vivant, le kéfir, la kombucha, les graines germés, les champignons ...
J’ai fait dans ce cadre là un questionnaire pour voir un petit peu comment les personnes font se genre de culture. Le but est de prendre du recul, pour améliorer les réseaux d’information, de partage, et de culture.
